Build an outstanding culture where people thrive.

Team culture is the advantage that causes some organizations to thrive while others languish.

Strong cultures are linked to higher productivity, retention, and satisfaction. Leaders who ignore or don’t actively foster a strong culture experience low morale, disengaged or dysfunctional team members, and sub-optimal results. Cultures emerge organically and, if left alone, may become dysfunctional. The keys to developing a strong intentional culture lie in developing trust and clarity among the team.

I launched Proof Leadership Group in 2015 to develop organizational culture in the social sector on a wider scale. Through my work with Proof (link to site), I help leaders maximize their potential and create outstanding organizational culture. Over the past 7 years, we’ve served more than 150 clients through executive coaching, workshops, training, retreats, culture assessments, 360-degree reviews, and more. Interested in learning more? Testimonials

Angela Ducworth

“I’ve been running a lab and managing people for years, but it wasn’t until I began working with Dustin Peterson that I was able to create the high-trust, high-productivity culture that I wanted. No exaggeration: he’s the best facilitator and counselor in this area I’ve ever met. I recommend his services without reservation.”

-Angela Duckworth, author of Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance and founder and scientific director of the Character Lab

“Proof Leadership Group has provided wise counsel, dynamic facilitation and a uniquely accessible approach to thinking about and improving organizational culture. Their philosophy that strong cultures depend on just two things — trust and clarity — has been clarifying for us and has shaped how we approach our culture building work.”
